How Etheric Plane Communication Helped Me Release Unspoken Energy
In this article, I’m going to discuss Etheric Plane Communication, what it is, and how it has helped me on my healing journey. In another article, I wrote about the importance of keeping a mental diet while manifesting (mental diet is a term Neville Goddard used to refer to the inner dialogue, thoughts, and activity we have throughout our day, as well as the content we are regularly consuming and how it can affect how we manifest). If you are someone who is regularly having arguments with people in your head or recalling painful memories with specific people, Etheric Plane Communication could help lessen this.
My days used to be filled with constantly recalling painful memories from the past. I would be going about my day and internally, I’d be having mental arguments with people and as a result, feeling intense emotions (resentment, anger, etc.). Over time, this became very draining and I could tell I was losing a significant amount of energy to this (which you need to manifest). I discovered Etheric Plane communication during one of my first Somatic Mindful Guided Imagery sessions.
Etheric Plane Communication involves intentionally bringing someone into your inner imaginative space (your own psyche) when there are things that need to be expressed (without expressing these things in person). I want to note that the SMGI process first helps you become internally resourced and regulated at the subconscious level before engaging in this kind of work; in this article, I’m simply sharing my personal experience with the process and how it has supported my healing.
My first experience with Etheric Plane Communication involved “having it out” with someone in my life who had caused me a lot of pain (between the ages of 0-17). It was an opportunity for me to express things that had never been expressed before, without holding back, in a safe place. I called this person forward in my mind’s eye and visualized them restrained with tape over their mouth (so they could not respond). I then expressed every single thing I had been holding in, without holding back. Afterward, I intentionally released them from my energy field, something that can be done in many different ways, depending on what feels most supportive. This process allowed me to release pent up energy I had been holding for years, and as a result, I experienced changes in my life (with this particular person, I shortly ended our relationship, which is something I had been wanting to do for a long time but never had the courage to do before).
My anger and resentment lessened exponentially, along with the amount of time I spent having arguments with people in my head. Clients commonly report after doing EPC that the dynamics between themselves and the person they did the EPC with change significantly afterwards (for example, returning to work after doing EPC with a difficult coworker, to find that this person’s demeanor has changed).
Another option is to write a release letter, allowing yourself to put everything you’re feeling onto the page without editing or censoring it. Even thoughts or emotions that feel messy, harsh, or immature are welcome; this letter is for you alone. As you write, stay connected to the sensations and emotions in your body, expressing them directly toward the person involved. Continue until you feel a sense of completion or emotional quiet. When it feels finished, intentionally release the energetic representation of that person in whatever way feels most natural to you, with the intention that the energy is neutralized and no longer impacts you, anyone else, or anything in any way. Then, you can burn the paper, or bury it in the dirt, intending for the energies expressed on the paper to be transmuted and changed into a neutral state of energy that causes no harm to anyone or anything anywhere.
